Christina Piluso created this fun, Portland-themed gift bag for our Levi’s clients who were in town for a meeting.
Each Chester Wallace bag, designed by local Portland designer Patrick Long was filled with Stumptown Coffee, a copy of Fugitives and Refugees by Chuck Palahniuk, a pair of black lowtop converse, and a belt from Tanner Goods. In addition, we designed a Portland map which highlighted key shops, restaurants and other fun places to see around town. Steve Denekas and Ken Berg screenprinted these on 20″ x 24″ pieces of denim and Christina hand-stitched little red circles in red thread around W+K and the Levi’s store on NW 23rd.
The 5 bags were inspired by the “Go Forth” campaign. Each one had a denim tag with “All I Need Is All I Got” Portland Survival Kit screenprinted on one side and a Levi’s logo stitched in gold thread on the back. Azsa West hand-wrote each of their initials inside the logo.
Nice work everybody.

Great job guys! What an awesome idea.
So cute! I want one!!!
now, that’s a gift. unlike a suck-up job that happens at most other agencies.
silkscreening the map on denim was particularly thoughtful, they’ll keep it forever.

Today, I went to the beach front with my kids.
I found a sea shell and gave it to my 4 year old daughter and said “You can hear the ocean if you put this to your ear.” She put the shell to her ear
and screamed. There was a hermit crab inside and it pinched her
ear. She never wants to go back! LoL I know this is completely off topic
but I had to tell someone!
